看你是用debugger or programmer mode
進入settings/power檢查是否有外接或ICD2電源即可

利用右上角的搜尋區塊輸入 "Invalid target" 就有一堆結果。還有使用PIC16F883 燒錄時，Low Voltage Programming 那隻腳不要空在那裡。

Module: Low-Voltage In-Circuit Serial Programming™ If LVP (Low-Voltage Programming) mode is enabled, programming the device using the VPP pin while holding high or toggling the port pin RB3/PGM during Program mode could disrupt the programming sequence. Work around Pull down pin RB3/PGM using external circuitry during programming of the device.

各位大大
我使用16F883以及ICD2，MPLAB IDE中連接時一直出現 ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0x101, read=0x0) 我已確定MCLR，VCC，GND，ICSPCLK，ICSPDAT皆正常接續，SELECT DEVICE也選擇正確，請問還有哪些地方是我沒考慮到的，煩請各位大大提供意見，謝謝!!
