因為 PIC 的指令都是預提取的管狀式設計，PC Counter 會比現所執行的指令快一個。所以斷點會有不同步的現象。

breakpoint 會停在所設定的位置的下一行，不會停在設定位置
MPLABX v5.45 PICKIT3 PIC18F2685 ps. PICKIT4 也一樣 PIC18F26K80也一樣
