不懂你的意思。

一個 Page 是256 Bytes, 從邊界起始位址開始寫，最多只能一次連續寫入256Bytes, 如果在中間位址例如 0xnn30 開使始寫的話，那只能連續寫0xC0 個資料。如果超過邊界位址的話，寫入位址會歸回到原邊界位址，造成資料的覆蓋。

是要下載哪個版本的device library? or peripheral library?

清空的記憶體可以用一個 Byte 的方式定位址寫入。這使用在小資料區。

如有較大的資料要寫入可以用 Page Write 的方式寫入。這 Page 大小為 256 Bytes，所以其邊界位址是 0xnn00 的邊界點。這種方式只要設定位址為 0xnn00 後就可以連續寫入 256 Bytes。
但讀取就不受 Page 起始位指的限制可以連續讀取資料。

When executing Page Program, the memory range for

page boundaries. The device handles shifting of more
than 256 bytes of data by maintaining the last
256 bytes of data as the correct data to be programmed. If the target address for the Page Program
instruction is not the beginning of the page boundary
(A[7:0] are not all zero), and the number of bytes of
data input exceeds or overlaps the end of the address
of the page boundary, the excess data inputs wrap
around and will be programmed at the start of that target page.
