看你的圖, LED 主電路漏了一限流電阻
以 MCU 直接驅動 MOSFET 有點問題 a.電壓準位不對 b.電流驅動能力不足 建議進入右手邊 microchip 產品介紹網站 打關鍵字 MOSFET DRIVER 搜尋 挑一個界接 DRIVER 來用吧!
