請教 PIC24FJ256GB110-I/PT 電路板LAYOUT 問題

請教 PIC24FJ256GB110-I/PT TQFP 100 PIN 的包裝 0.4mm腳距,我自己用pcb雕刻機製作電路板,不知要用那個元件的包裝???,因為它的腳距是0.4mm,一般都是0.5mm的.

如果只是要測試監視PIC的接收 傳送功能 只要在網路上下載通訊PORT監視軟體 安裝於電腦上即可 你就可以很簡單發送測試訊號給PIC及接收PIC的訊號(例如:Docklight...ect.)
win_cmc <----- Docklight <----- 以上兩種軟體都很好用

使用VB直接寫一個串列通訊介面的接收與傳送的圖控介面就可以發送命令給PIC與接收PIC回傳的信息了.....(利用VB中的MSCOM)
如果只是要測試監視PIC的接收 傳送功能 只要在網路上下載通訊PORT監視軟體 安裝於電腦上即可 你就可以很簡單發送測試訊號給PIC及接收PIC的訊號(例如:WIN_MCM Docklight...ect.)

ICD 2 突然就罷工了????

ICD2 突然就產生下列情形:
1. Downloading Operating System ICD0021: Unable to connect with MPLAB ICD 2 ...Download Operating System Failed ICD0029: Invalid MPLAB ICD 2 module product ID (0) ICD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 operation ICD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 operation ICD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 operation ICD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 operation ICD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 operation MPLAB ICD 2 Ready Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2 2.ICD2 未接實驗版(APP001)時 MPLAB ICD 2 Ready Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2 ...Connected Setting Vdd source to target ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0x4D, read=0x0) ...Reading ICD Product ID Running ICD Self Test ... Failed Self Test. See ICD2 Settings (status tab) for details. MPLAB ICD 2 Ready 3.ICD2 接上實驗版時 MPLAB ICD 2 Ready Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2 ICD0021: Unable to connect with MPLAB ICD 2 ICD0021: Unable to connect with MPLAB ICD 2 MPLAB ICD 2 Ready 4.從這狀況發生後就無法連接APP001進行燒錄功能 這種問題不知該如何處理?????

我的ICD2 也有相同的問題 ,使用原廠實驗板及範例程式測試,一樣有問題.
