因為 Timer1 可以外接 crystal, 所以以最佳的 Sleep 耗電測試時是需將 Timer1 停下來的。

版大不好意思！在請問一下，PIC16F81x Data sheet page 149頁中，(SLEEP MODE,TMR1 COUNTER DISABLED)所指的，有何不同？在Sleep mode下會有影響到耗電流的大小嗎？

此項資料可以在 PIC16F81x Data sheet (DS39598C) page 120 頁找到，Sleep消耗電流代號為 : IPD
3V 工作電壓是約為 0.3uA, 與震盪器的選擇無關，底下是 Data Sheet 有關 Sleep 的測試條件: The power-down current in SLEEP mode does not depend on the oscillator type. Power-down current is measured with the part in SLEEP mode, with all I/O pins in high-impedance state and tied to VDD or VSS, and all features that add delta current disabled (such as WDT, Timer1 Oscillator, BOR, etc.).

請問大大們！16F819在Sleep Mode時的耗電流為多少uA?
工作電壓在3.0～3.5V左右，使用IntOSC 4MHz。 謝謝～
