你的5V由target board提供的話,IDE裡的選項要選power from target boark.

你的情形我也碰過，請用萬用電錶量二極體的那一檔，去量PGD與VSS。如果出現很低的電壓時(<0.2V)，那麼你的ICD2一定是壞了，同時也要檢查一下，你的目標板是不是有過高的電壓，而導致損壞了ICD2。

大家好,
我不知道我的 ICD2 是不是有問題, 我發現 PGD 同 VSS 是短路的, 所以當我接上選擇成 select programmer -> MPLAB ICD2 時, 它都會出現 Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2 ...Connected Setting Vdd source to target ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0x102, read=0x0) ...Reading ICD Product ID Running ICD Self Test ...Passed MPLAB ICD 2 Ready 找不到 target device id 我現在是 target board 上外接 5V, 應該不用加上 Oscillator, 因為我只要燒寫, 這樣的設置有問題嗎?
