接線有可能接錯了，PIC16F877A 沒有給電。

請問
我第一次使用ICD2燒錄16F877A 然後出現以下的問題 ICDWarn0052: MPLAB ICD 2 cannot validate a target device. Please make sure that the target device is connected and properly powered. Select "OK" to continue, or "CANCEL" to abort the operation ...Program Memory ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x1, Expected Val = 0x2802, Val Read = 0x0) ICD0275: Programming failed. 之後 就都不能燒錄了 請問 這要如何排解 ????
