看來似乎 18F97j60 壽命到了，換一顆試試吧!
18F97j60 的 Program Flash 燒錄次數算是 PIC 中比較少的，典型是 1000次，最小 100 次。(datasheet page 427) 實際上數百次應該是機率比較大的。

請問各位大大 因我在燒錄時 都會出現 =========== Programming Target... ...Validating configuration fields ...Erasing Part ICD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 operation ICD0275: Programming failed. MPLAB ICD 2 Ready =========== 爬文看到的文章是說重新Download ICD 2 operating system即可 但是我按下時ICD2的資料夾中選的是ICD11020007.hex 這個檔對嗎?? 按下出現 ================== Downloading Operating System Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2 ...Connected Setting Vdd source to target Target Device PIC18F97J60 found, revision = Rev 0x0 ...Reading ICD Product ID Running ICD Self Test ...Passed ...Download Operating System Succeeded MPLAB ICD 2 Ready ================== 看起來都沒問題 但是在program一次還是出現 ================== Programming Target... ...Validating configuration fields ...Erasing Part ICD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 operation ICD0275: Programming failed.
