參照：
建議如果使用ICD2 或在除錯階段，MCLR 最好設為 External Mode，如果設成 Internal Mode 後第一次可以燒錄，第二次燒錄 ICD2 會出現燒錄的警告。

Master Clear Enable在腳位上的名稱是/MCLR,也就是Reset腳。
External:此腳位為/MCLR功能 internal:此腳位可供輸入腳功能
