RA4--> Open-drain when configured as output.
使用RA4請外加Pull Hi電阻。

Data Sheet 有寫，RA4 在 Pinout Discription 的說明上有說 RA4 為數位輸出腳時其輸出架構為 Open Drain Type，所以作輸出功能時要外接提升電阻。

不好意思～我是新手 想詢問一個小問題。
