檢查一下 Configuration Bit 的設定，MCLR 是否設成 GP3。

OPTION 在option寄存器中設置 GPPU為0 weak pull-up 應該GP3為高電平，但實測GP3為低電壓。 隨後看見有翻轉壹說，設置GPPU 為1，不見起色，何解？
