有人遇過PIC18F24K20無法正常開機嗎？

之前使用PIC18F2420最近改用PIC18F24K20，遇到
當電源重覆ON_OFF結果MCU就無作動當機，我BOD 有開設2.2V，MCU使用電源3V為什麼會有當機的情形發生呢？ 程式在用在PIC18F2420都正常，請問一下有人遇過這種情形嗎？可否告如果解決！
