Q15 format

由於最近要做FNN來控制線性超音波馬達~
權重值部分是小數點~ 有人指點說最好用Q15format來做比較不會有計算誤差~ 但是我不知道如何找資料來參考~ 何謂Q15format~ 它的程式碼又長的怎樣~
