控制器的設定的小問題

小弟最近摸24FJ128GA006這顆
其中控制器設定去看.H檔 FNOSC_PRIPLL FNOSC_PRI 這兩項 多了PLL鎖相有什麼差別!? 之前用30F4011還有PLL4.PLL8.PLL16還能放大... 這兩項該不會設定上效果都一樣吧?
