這是使用在 dsPIC30F 的實驗版上的頻率設定。
Crystal 使用 7.3828MHz 的頻率，經內部 x16 PLL 倍頻後得到 117.9648MHz 的振盪頻率 Fosc，再經除四後就成為 Fcy = 29.491200 MHz = 7372800 * 4 的 Fcy (指令週期 Tcy) dsPIC30F & PIC18 & PIC16 : Fosc/4=Fcy , 1/Fcy=Tcy PIC24 & dsPIC33 & PIC24HJ : Fosc/2=Fcy , 1/Fcy=Tcy
