dsPIC33F使用ICD2燒錄常常損壞IC的問題

各位大大好,個人目前正在學習dsPIC33FJ128GP802
關於燒錄問題我已經閱讀過ICD2用戶指南, 依照圖中的5個腳位正確接妥,並且也注意電壓問題, 在MPLAB軟體中使用ICD2燒錄,有幾次燒錄成功, 可是常常發生 ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x4, Expected Val = 0x218, Val Read = 0x18) ICD0275: Programming failed. 經由爬文章,發現疑似IC損壞,後來也換過確實可以再次燒錄, 可是燒錄沒幾次又發生上述的情況,也就是IC損壞, 如此我已經損壞了好幾個IC,開始心灰意冷 後來查閱MPLAB理的說明,發現了一個訊息 The Programming Specifications for PIC18FXXJ MCUs, PIC24F MCUs, and dsPIC33F DSCs indicate that when programming these devices, bulk erase commands should be issued between successive programming operations, i.e., erase, then program, then erase, then program, etc. Therefore, Microchip advises against multiple-stage programming sessions which may damage the device. 這是不是說dsPIC33F系列的都很容易因為上述的原因而損壞啊~是不是我有誤解呢,請問各位大大我該怎麼在避免IC燒壞~~謝謝你們大家幫忙~~
