PICkit2及MPLAB軟體上之疑問

各位大大您好
小弟使用30F6015的微控制器，現階段再燒錄的過程中遇到一種奇怪的問題。此問題是當我30F6015以存入EEPROM時，再利用PICkit2燒錄hex的過程中，會導致MPLAB整個當掉。而目前小弟的解決方案是每次燒入前須先將6015的EEPROM裡面的資料先清除後再燒入hex，這樣子MPLAB才不會當。很想知道說為什麼會有這樣子的問題發生呢??是MPLAB2問題還是PICkit2的問題或者是為控制器的問題 小弟使用的MPLAB版本為8.33 謝謝
