ICD2 出問題，跟代理商買的就請聯絡代理商的 FAE送修；如果是 RTC 上課買的就連絡 Microchip 的 FAE 或 CAE 送修。
ICD2 是原廠保固的，基本上是免費更換，但運費可能要自付(至少送到 Microchip 的運費)

我也是發生這個問題，原先可以用的電路來測試也是會發生相同的問題，另外ICD2只要有連上USB就會開始發燙，可能ICD2電路有問題了，ICD2需要送修該如何聯絡呢？還有維修價位通常都是如何計算的，因為還要作研究發生這樣問題，真是不巧

或許該往硬體檢測，檢查電阻值、REST按鈕、震盪器等周邊電路的正確性，您可以參考網路上的一些相關電路。

... Failed Self Test. See ICD2 Settings (status tab) for details. 先看一下Debugger目錄下的Setting 裡的 Status 的檢查狀況看看是哪裡沒有Pass，要是都找不到錯誤就電話連絡一下，真的壞了那就送修。

我有在Configure選擇Select Device選擇dsPIC30F3010 也有換過新的dsPIC還是無法通過 感謝!

各位前輩好!
我在MPLAB使用Programmer,連接ICD2輸出窗顯示 ICD Self Test 無法過之問題 Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2 ...Connected Setting Vdd source to target ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0x1C0, read=0x0) ...Reading ICD Product ID Running ICD Self Test ... Failed Self Test. See ICD2 Settings (status tab) for details. MPLAB ICD 2 Ready 在Debugger 下也是一樣 我也有用三用電表去查過版子dsPIC ICD2的電路 (都無斷線) 一切正常 也換過dsPIC結果還是一樣的問題 請各位前輩幫幫小弟! 感謝
