PIC12F675 operating voltage range ?

PIC12F675的datasheet 上面寫Wide operating voltage range - 2.0V to 5.5V，但是利用PICKit2及IDEv8.02要進入programmer mode時，出現以下訊息
"PK2Error0023: Target Vdd measured at 3.33V which is outside the operational range of this device ( 4.50V - 5.50V)"。 因為板子部份不希望加另外的硬體將5v轉3v，所以想問各位大大，是否有其他方法去設定，如IDE。讓PIC12F675也可在datasheet規定的3v工作電壓運作。感謝
