你好,
市面上有很多 Serial SRAM , 使用速度很高的 SPI 界面. Microchip 也宣告將出品 8K Bytes & 32K Bytes 的 SPI Serial SRAM. 以下是 Futurlec 網站對 Microchip Serial SRAM 的介紹.(因為 microchip 美國網站暫時連不上) http://www.futurlec.com/News/Microchip/SRAM.shtml 也有標準的 JEDEC 標準的 SRAM , 但使用的是 Data/Address Bus 的方式界面, 所以太浪費接腳了啦 :) Regards,

如題，4011的內建資料暫存器只有2K，
請問可以外接擴充嗎? 4K、6k、8K...等等 可以的話，請問外接要怎麼接??
