PIC18Fxxxx configuration bits 設定上有錯。不知你用的 MPLAB IDE 是哪一版本？
較新版的 IDE 下所附的 MPASM 在 COnfiguration Bits 的設定已經使用更簡單的語法了:
; Oscillator Selection:
詳細的定義字元請參考 : C:\Program Files\Microchip\MPASM Suite\ xxx.inc 元件檔的定義(在最後面)
