請在MPLAB IDE 下，檢查一下 Configuration Bits 的設定，看一下位址 0x300001 (FOS) 是不是已經設成 " HS PLL enable x4 "的輸出模式。
在檢查一下 OSCCON : SCS<1:0>: System Clock Select bits 是否都設成 00。

PIC18F45K20 使用8MHZ外部晶振，配置为HS时程序可以跑，但配置为HSPLL，程序不跑了，什么原因呢？？？
