在 PIC18F97J60 Dats Sheet 裡的 Page 41 (TABLE 2-2: DEVICE CLOCK SPEEDS FOR VARIOUS PLL BLOCK CONFIGURATIONS) 裡有提示表,假設使用 25MHz 的 HS Mode 主振盪頻率,依照表格所示其輸出頻率為 41.6667MHz (Vdd @2.7V ~ 3.5),這也是該元件最高的工作頻率。參考Page 414 頁 (第 27.0 ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS) 的 Freg. vs Vcc 的圖形。

小弟用P18F97J60 TCPIP STACK中 OSCTUNE=0X40请教CPU频率是5X25(MHZ)吗,还是以太网为25MHZCPU为25X5=75MHZ谢谢
