這是因為 ICD2 要使用 MCLR pin 來進入 Debug 模式，這是使用上的限制。也就是說使用 ICD2 除錯時 MCLR 必須為外接式的 Reset 功能。
但如果只是純粹的用 ICD2 做燒錄功能，那就沒有關係，所以你可以用 "Programmer"選項來設定用ICD2燒錄就可以了。

想把12F629規劃成使用內部4MHz RC,GPIO 3接收外部輸入
Config bits設定成: "Oscallator:Internal RC" , "Master Clear Enable:Internal" 用ICD2燒時會出現: ICD2 doe not support programming this device if both internal oscillator and interanl MCLR are selected" 請問這是說12F629不能同時使用 "Oscallator:Internal RC" , "Master Clear Enable:Internal" 還是要用別的燒錄器才能燒錄這種設定???
