Target application does not have a working oscillator - by far the most common cause, please scope the oscillator signal.
Configuration bit setting for oscillator (Configure>Configuration Bits menu) are incorrect for the target oscillator.
Target processor has not been programmed with a debug executive. For example the MPLAB ICD 2 was selected as a programmer, not a debugger, during programming.
Target application is not powered or not all the power and ground pins are connected.
The BOD bit is enabled during low Vdd operation.

大家好：
我使用的是18F8722，不過我是使用自已接線來燒錄ic，我把ICD2的5條線，都直接拉到chip對應的腳位，中間都沒有加任何的元件。
我在編譯的時後，都會遇到ICD0083的問題(我已經把OSC設成HS)，請問是因為我不能直接把ICD2的線拉到chip上做燒錄，還是我軟體上有什麼該設定的或是我程式有寫錯呢？
