開關就是兩個接點接在一起，真的有100個開關及LED，他是處理完用usb傳出去，雖然我寫用PIC16F877，這只是隨便拿個MCU來問而已

應該從你要的問題上分析你的需求是否真的需要如此多的開關。
以及100個LED必要性，100個LED是否有替代方案？ 因為不知道你講的「開關」對應到真實物體是什麼？ uC只是負責資料處理，真實硬體可以用其他方案替代。 在某些應用中，只要邏輯閘就行了，連uC都可以免了。 因為你的問題算是開放式問題，所以真正要如何用？要問您自己可能會比較清楚。

10*10矩陣只能做input的部份，若加入LED的部份則不夠，且還需考慮LED夠不夠亮的問題，因為有可能duty cycle才1/10而已

用10*10矩陣結構，共20隻腳，用掃描的方式，即可同時做到開關輸入及LED輸出。實際上是分時多工，但至少人感覺起來是同時的。

若有100個開關及100個LED，需可判讀其中一個開關動作及可單獨讓其中一個LED亮，當然也須可判讀多個開關動作及多個LED同時亮，若搭配PIC16F877，請問用什麼方式可以以最省成本的方式來達到這個要求，謝謝各位賜教
