我將6015所有的Vdd和Vss全都連接在一起...(包括AVdd.AVss); 請問這樣會錯誤嗎??
還是我少接了什麼呢??

ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0x400, read=0x0) 是說 ICD2 讀不到 IC 的 ID , 所代表的是 ICD2無法連到 Target IC 所以燒錄一定會失敗的。
在右上角輸入"Invalid Target device id" 去找一下以前的討論相同的問題。 Microchip 官方網站的說法是 : http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idc ... directs=icd2Help#P49_5806

ICD低值出現下列訊息:
ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0x400, read=0x0) ...Reading ICD Product ID Running ICD Self Test ...Passed MPLAB ICD 2 Ready Programming Target... ICDWarn0052: MPLAB ICD 2 cannot validate a target device. Please make sure that the target device is connected and properly powered. Select "OK" to continue, or "CANCEL" to abort the operation ICD0200: Operation Aborted (Warning 51). ICD0275: Programming failed.

我找到這個選項了,我沒有選這個選項耶!!

選好 ICD2 為除錯工具後。
在 Debugger --> Setting 下，點選 Power 選項後確電那個給電的欄位是沒有被勾選的。

那個意思是說 : 要不要由 ICD2 上的外接9V Adapter 供電給 Target Board。
ㄧ般是不要勾選的，最好還是 Target Board 自行供電，這樣比較不會將 ICD2 燒掉。
