是的，PICKit2 目前是要在程式裡加入_ _ config 的設定，範例請參參考檔案下載區裡的 ＂如何在 MPLAB C18 直接設定 Configuration Bits 的範例 ＂說明

感謝版主的解答，你的意思是若其compiler有支援在原始程式裡加configuration的設定的話，它一定會寫入.hex裡頭，這樣沒錯吧

使用PICKit2燒錄，Configuration and EEPROM data 都必須建在程式裡以HEX檔的方式傳到PICKit2 後才可以燒錄，這點與使用 MPLAB IDE 是不一樣的。

我使用PICkit2燒錄軟體時，裡頭沒有configuration word的相關設定(震盪來源、watchdog等的設定)，請問要如何設定這些值，還是已經含在.hex檔裡頭了，若是含在.hex檔裡頭，須在原始程式裡加入configuration的相關設定嗎?
