PCON 暫存器的 OSCF bit 就可以了。
bit 3 OSCF: INTOSC oscillator frequency 1 = 4 MHz typical 0 = 37 kHz typical 所以直接 Configuration 先設定使用 Internal RC 後 在程式直接寫 OSCF=1;

PIC16F628A 使用內部的 RC 震盪器是不用較正直的，它只能選擇 4MHz 或 37KHz 兩種頻率。

如果是使用 16F628A 內部 4Mhz 的晶振需要校正嗎? 原本出廠時是不是就已經校正過了?
是不是像 12F629 需要將校正值讀出再做設定?
