ICD2 不能用 debugger 模式，改成 Programmer 模式吧。
AC163020 的 ICD2 頭，在文件(51478A.pdf)上標示的是: MPLAB® ICD 2 Programming Only Connector 10f220 要 debug 需要 AC162070 ，上面有顆特別的 PICxxFxxx-ICD 晶片。 看這頁裡的 Header Specification 那份文件: http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idc ... me=en010046&part=DV164005

請問為何使用icd2在10f220做debug時會出現
ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x0, Expected Val = 0xA02, Val Read = 0x0) ICD0275: Programming failed. ICDWarn0044: Target has an invalid calibration memory value (0x1). Continue? 我使用的是AC163020的ADAPTER BORD照理說應該直接接上ICD2就可做debug,但現在已經試過兩個10F220都是這樣而且換成正常燒錄也無法恢復,不知是否10F220已經掛掉了? 希望版主或有使用過10F220的前輩能給些意見,謝謝!
