嗯,12f629,16f505,16f630....
使用icd2,不支援燒錄同時設定使用內建震盪和使用內部MCLR.. 但promate2,3則無此問題... 但icd2出現的是警告訊息,你還是可以強迫燒錄,應該還是可以用的,但要小心有時間校正值會消失,所以要先把校正值記錄下來,方便還原...

您好：
使用ICD2燒錄12F629時，出現如下訊息： Warning: MPLAB ICD2 does not support programming this device if both the internal oscillator and internal MCLR are selected. 它似乎不支援燒錄同時設定使用內建震盪和使用內部MCLR.... 燒錄設定一樣的12F509卻無此問題～～ 又因為我的LEAP PSTART版本太舊無法燒錄～ >.<  該如何是好～～～
