16-bit 的 C30 compiler 並沒有 Delay 的函數庫可供使用，需自行用 for 迴圈或 Timer 中斷做延遲函數。
for 迴圈的延遲時間可以利用 MPLAB SIM 裡的 Stopwatch 功能來計算，但是要限設好執行的頻率後再計算，這樣才是正確的時間。

C18函式庫有提供delay及itoa函式，而C30是不是沒有提供delay及itoa函式呢?
PIC24系列的晶片，程式編輯也是C30含式庫還是另有其他的? 謝謝!!
