既然 ICD2 有秀出哪一個問題編號，就可以直接在 Output 視窗在故障編號連點兩次，MPLAB IDE 就會帶出ICD2相對應的Help視窗，那裡就有問題發生的原因與解決方式。

去找代理商測試ICD2吧
或許你的ICD2也壞了...

請版主重視這個問題，我用的型號為18f6585與6680皆如jubel所說無法燒錄且狀況都相同，而使用18f452或458就可燒錄無誤! tks

試了一天
相同的程式 相同的電腦 相同的電路 所有條件都相同,debug模式 燒錄進18F452就完全正常沒錯誤 燒錄進18f4320就出現錯誤無法燒入 但編譯都完全沒問題

剛剛拿當初跟ICD2一起買的模擬板來試
接上之後還是相同的情形 而在這塊板子上連IC都找不到 在ICD2設定視窗中 自我測試那五項中 第三項的MCLR Gnd 測試結果為 HIGH 其他四項都通過 POWER那一頁中的Traget Vdd Vpp 也正常5V 12.6V 我不知道這塊叫什麼板 上面的PIC18LF452 需經過轉接板接到板子上 40P 18CXXX TO 84P CONV 很久以前用這塊板子一切都正常啊 怎麼現在會不能用 /_\ (ICD2送修美國過一次)

我這問題越來越嚴重了...
上述無法燒錄的情況越來越頻繁 變成每次要把程式下載到PIC18F4320時都要靠運氣 而且在編譯程式時 MPLAB ICD2的訊息視窗 整個畫面出現一堆紅字 ICD0157: Attempted target memory access using an invalid type and mode combination. (Mem = Data) (Mode = ICSP) (Type = Read) ICD0151: Failed to sync memory (MT = Data) (Dir = 0x0) 我的MCLR有接顆10K的電阻到VCC啊 為何老是出現燒錄失敗的情況?!

我最近也常這樣
這種情形時我是先按重新連接ICD2幾次看看 若不行檢查一下接頭有無接觸不良 搖一搖再試試
