ICD2 期望檢測到您在 MPLAB 中所設定的那個 device ，也就是 Device ID 為 0x4D 的 PIC16F877
但是，ICD2 所讀取到的資料顯示，您插的卻是 Device ID 為 0x21 的 PIC16F877A 因此，MPLAB 認為 Device ID 不對! 解決方式: 在 MPLAB 中設定成 PIC16F877A 解說1: PIC 型號後有 A 的是改進型，功能雖與無A的大致相同，但仍有微小差異，在 MPLAB 中，或使用燒錄器時，應設定正確。 解說2: 各型 PIC 的 Device ID word 數值請見該型號的 Memory Programming Specification 文件，此處 MPLAB / ICD2 所顯示的 Device ID 是扣除 revision 部份的，revision 則會另外說明。 目前 Microchip 網站上並沒有提供 Device ID 總表，我則是把見過的抄錄下來備查而已。 F 系列的 除最早的 16F84 沒有 Device ID 之外，其他 (包括 16F84A) 都有。

我執行ICD2連線後..出現以下訊息 參照： Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2 不知是怎樣的錯誤 錯誤位址需去哪查詢?
