想學VB的話,可以參考王國榮寫的
新觀念的 Visual Basic 6.0教本 王國榮 旗標出版社. 但如果只是要做一個rs-232的接收與傳送介面.可以參考另外一本專門用VB寫rs-232的書. 范逸之、陳立元編著，Visual Basic 與 RS-232 串列通訊控制最新版，文魁資訊，2001

老師要我學vb 要寫一個rs-232的接收及傳送介面 請問有比較適合新手的嗎？
