你可以去看看ICD2接法的PAGE10
看你的connector是否有接反了(top/bottom看反了) 不然就去買PIC16F690的轉接座,我也是用轉接座,還蠻好用的.

感謝前輩的指點，
但現在小弟遇到的問題就是， 所需要的五根信號(VPP,VDD,VSS,ICSPCLK,ICSPDAT)只有直接PIN TO PIN連接到DEVICE上， 卻不能DEBUG以及PROGRAM！

找一些workshop的課程來上上吧,小心別把ICD2燒壞了...
在右手邊的教育訓練,有不少免費的課程..

如果你的線路有 1.VPP接CC到地 2.PGC接PULL-HIGH電阻及DIODE 3.PGD接CC到地,都得先拿掉才行.
要避免以上困擾及不浪費PGC及PGD可買HEADER.

您好，我是PIC新手，
請問一下， 我用ICD2配合PIC16F690， 但卻一直出現 Invalid target device id (expected=0xA0, read=0x0) Program會出現 MPLAB ICD 2 cannot validate a target device. Please make sure that the target device is connected and properly powered. Select "OK" to continue, or "CANCEL" to abort the operation. 在ICSPDAT,ICSPCLK兩隻腳在電路是不是有特殊設定(Pull High,Low)， 又是不是PIC16F690必須經過轉接後才能DEBUG? 試了好幾台ICD2卻都出現同樣的視窗， 但卻可以燒錄其他型號之IC， 請各位前輩指點迷津！
