程式記憶體 16Kbyte ,一個指令佔用14bit,全部可以使用的指令有35個. 184431 程式記憶體 16Kbyte ,一個指令佔用16bit,全部可以使用的指令有75個. 你看到16F877的8K並不是byte而是word,可用ROM空間的大小使用的單位是word..不是byte. 8k word = 16k byte

16F877程式記億體Bytes 我看到的是8k
但找不到 程式記億體Instructions 為多少 還是說16f877沒有程式記億體Instructions ??

16384 byte (16-bit workd) 75 Instructions 16F877 16384 byte (14-bit word ) 35 Instructions 為什麼不去下載data sheet來看不是更清楚嗎???
