那是只需外接 MCLR 功能時最好串個電組用來限流以保護 IC，你現在是使用 Internal MCLR 功能就無此需求。
不過你要檢查此輸入按鍵腳是否有另外拉線，如有額外拉線連接按鍵的話最好還是串個電組以降突波電流衝擊避免 EOS 損壞。

Hi 各位先進:
我使用PIC16F690 PIN4(RA3/MCLR/VPP) 當成按鍵輸入腳,並把按鍵另外一腳接到地(VSS) 也已經LAY好板子。 最近，重新檢視PIC 時才發現Data Sheet 第229頁的一段說明: Voltage spikes below VSS at the MCLR pin, inducing currents greater than 80 mA, may cause latch-up. Thus, a series resistor of 50-100 Ω should be used when applying a “low” level to the MCLR pin, rather than pulling this pin directly to VSS. 我的MCLR 腳並沒有接到外部、我的板子是乎沒有空間去增加這個電阻 是必需要的嗎?
