第一次的 Unable to enter debug mode 應該是 PIC24F 的震盪器模式設錯了造成無法起振，程式無法執行。
第二次 ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x56, Expected Val = 0x29A, Val Read = 0xFFFFFF) 這個比較麻煩，如果 MPLAB IDE 是新版的且 ICD2 F/W 已更新了，因為是燒錄時在特定位址比對出錯，所以有可能會是 PIC24F 已經掛了，換一顆再試試。

請問在按下Reset and Connect to ICD時一切都正常,
但就在Debugger/Program時會出現ICD0083: Debug: Unable to enter debug mode. 有時執行Debugger/Program也會看到ICD0161與ICD0275的錯誤.如下: ...Connected Setting Vdd source to target Target Device PIC24FJ128GA006 found, revision = Rev 0x3007 ...Reading ICD Product ID Running ICD Self Test ...Passed MPLAB ICD 2 Ready Resetting Target MPLAB ICD 2 Ready Programming Target... ...Validating configuration fields ...Erasing Part ...Programming Program Memory (0x0 - 0x2FF) Verifying... ...Program Memory ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x56, Expected Val = 0x29A, Val Read = 0xFFFFFF) ICD0275: Programming failed. MPLAB ICD 2 Ready 我看過論壇有其他人也發生這樣的錯誤,這是設定的問題還是有那個ICD2還是模擬板有故障嗎? 請有碰過類似狀況的前輩,提供我方法釐清問題.謝謝!

verify有過,燒錄應該沒有問題,
可以檢查Configure bits Oscillator選擇是否正確, 如果板子沒有振盪器,就不能選primary oscillator,可選RC震盪或者檢查震盪器有無工作. 至於icd2+MPLAB IDE 會當掉的問題,這很正常,我今天不知當了幾百次,想換real ice 不知會不會好一點? 請有用REAL ICE做pic24FJ128的大大,發表一下,因為我以前用ice2000+PIC18,雖然比較慢,但是很順,pic24在DEBUG花的時間比做的時間多,還有AC244002 MPLAB REAL ICE Performance PAK 要不要買?對debug會不會有幫助?

各位前輩想請教出現 ICD0083這個錯誤時該如何解決?
我曾經問過類似的問題不過當時是因為Configure bits設定錯誤(當時問題有解決),但這次我已經檢查過Configure bits設定以及燒路腳位是否有對應正確.(版子是App026-3搭配Pic24Fj128GA006 ),請問我是否還有沒注意到的部分?請幫幫我,謝謝!
