這是Header上的校正值被洗掉了，你可以燒一個值給它但可能內部4MHz振盪頻率會不準，可將就著用，如果要很準的話那就只有送修一途。
12F675會在最後的位址放入 RETLW 0xnn 的校正值供程式呼叫使用此 nn 的值。

各位大大：
小弟近期在玩PIC12F675的mcu，然後使用MPLAB_IDE + ICD2 TOOLS，ICD2有接上PIC12F675 的 HEADER，但是我在IDE上CONNECT時，會出現下列訊息，請問是怎麼回事啊？ ICDWarn0044: Target has an invalid calibration memory value (0x0). Continue?
