是阿!!
AVDD 原本是接 3.3V input 3.3V 側還有其他電路, 但是3.3V電源與 MPU 3.3V電源 是分開的 因為同時有使用 A/D 與 RTCC 但是 SLEEP時 只有RTCC是致能的 但是因為發現 SLEEP的電流只降到 5mA 而且A/D電路側測得不正常的2.1V(A/D側電源已經off), MPU側 VDD使用電池備用電源 所以檢查線路 發現 AVDD 竟然有輸出2.2V電壓(已經開路獨立測試) 所以發問!!

搞錯了，AVDD 是指 AD Modul 所要使用的電壓輸入，一般都跟 Vdd 接在一起，而 AVss 為ADC M的地一般再與 Vss 接在一起。
這樣接後 ADC Module 才會有電工作的。

AD ref+的接腳 AVDD 應該是 輸入PIN
但是我發現 運作時 AVDD 完全空接時 ,會有2.2V 輸出 SLEEP 模式時,所有I/O已經停止,A/D也Disable AVDD 腳仍然輸出 2V, 因此電流仍然從此腳流出給其他A/D另件 使得 SLEEP時, 待機電流仍然偏高 請問有解決辦法嗎?? MPU= PIC24FJ64GA004 3.3V 感謝!!
