基本上是可以的，但還是以 External Interrupt 為主，這樣才不用去檢查是否要忽略上緣的中斷輸入。

所以, 只要用忽略正緣觸發時,我就可以用 on change Interrupt 來取代 External Interrupt囉!

|
一般而言， iNTERRUPT 的中斷是固定接受上緣或下元的觸發，也就是說伊戈方波近來只有一次出發的機會。
On Change Interrupt 的設計是: 只要未准改變就產生中斷，也就是說一個方波輸入在上緣 & 下緣發生時都會產生中斷。

對這兩種中斷有點搞不清楚,我只有用過 External interrupt,沒用過 on change interrupt,照意思來說,是否我也能夠使用 on change interrupt 來取代 External interrupt呢!?
