hellowanz 會有這樣懷疑主要是一但你將 PORTC 設成 Output 功能時，Cryxtal 震盪電路停止震盪，也就是說 PORTC 有可能與 OSC1 & OSC2 接腳有短路。找一下看看。

當然是...把牠們斷開囉~ Orz...
1.把16f877 拔起來量看是ic短路還是外部電路短路 2.如果是ic短路,二話不說換ic 3.如果是電路短路,只好一條一條線路找囉~

查看一下PortC接腳有沒有短路到ICSP接腳?

在使用ICD2 debug 模式下, 單歩執行正常 但是當執行到對 PortC 進行I/O設定時 MOVLW B'00000000' ;SET PORTC 0~7 OUTPUT MOVWF TRISC 會有 Unable to enter debug mode. Please double click this message for more information.的訊息出現 所設定的config 為 osc --> XT ICD2透過USB與電腦連線 WDT disable LVP Disable
