有關 4011 的DSP功能問題

請問各位大大，小弟剛接觸dsPIC30F4011 不久
想使用 DSP數位訊號處理功能 來實現一個低通濾波器 看了曾百由老師的 MPLAB C30開發實務一書以及爬完本版後 對於DSP的使用還不太了解 請問 是不是要在 Library Files 裡面載入 libdsp-coff.a 及 libdsp-elf.a 這兩個檔案 以及 在 Header Files 載入 dsp.h 檔 就可以使用 DSP函式庫了? 再請問 dsPIC Filter Design 與 FilterLab Filter Desing 是否相同 因為我在 Microchip 官網 搜尋 dsPIC Filter Design 跑出 FilterLab Filter Desing 如果兩者不相同 還請各位大大告訴我可以去哪裡下載 dsPIC Filter Desing 以及 DSP相關使用資料了
