我觉得符合要求的还有很多，比如12F675，就带有AD的。模拟的话用MPLAB就可以吧，不过当然也可以用NI或者proteus来搭建模拟电路来进行AD的实验。

各位大大 我想請教 我是剛開始學習的
目前想先鎖定8隻腳的單晶片 最好有a/d轉換器 我找很久 好像只有12f683 請問還有其他科嗎 還有 我想先使用模擬軟體來先模擬練習 有沒有推薦的軟體 麻煩哪位高手為我解答一下
