除了灌 MPLAB IDE 外，最只要還是要灌 MPLAB C30 Compiler for dsPIC DSCs 的Evaluation version 這樣才會有一些相關 C 的支援，H 檔也才會出現。

請問你有灌MPLAB嗎?若是有那在這個目錄下就可以找到了C:\Program Files\Microchip\MPLAB C30\support\dsPIC30F\h
