抱歉這幾天沒上線
我用picstart plus燒錄時沒有外接crystal 之前過熱的原因的確是因為短路 在測試一個電源模組，不小心過熱 而ic電路的電源和那個電源模組共同電源 我在想可能是這樣所以影響到 不過我拿我其他的ic測試，也沒辦法正常燒錄，有點不知道是何原因 現在能想的，就是等拿到新的ic再測試看看是不是ic的問題了

找不到元件，Help 檔裡的說明:
MPLAB ICD 2 has read the device ID of the target device and found it different than expected for the device type selected within MPLAB IDE. If ReadID is 0 then it is likely that the target device is not powered, not connected, or simply missing. In any case, this is just a warning that MPLAB ICD 2 has not found the expected target device PICStart Plus 燒錄不需接線的，ICD2 才需要自行些線來座燒錄的。 過熱絕大部分是短路，這是嚴重問題依定要找出來，否則IC 是不構上你燒的。 基本上燒錄動作與Crystal 無關的，執行程式才有關係。你用PICStart Plus 燒錄時有外接 Crystal 嗎?

恩，不過現在手上沒現貨
等新貨到再測試看看 其實我也有用icd接上去試看看 是出現icdwarn0020的樣子 就是無法辨識ic，想說是不是自己哪裡有接線沒接好 可是又看不出來 至於ic為啥會壞掉就有點疑惑-.- 壞的石英振盪器會損壞mcu嗎？ 之前石英振盪在測試電源電路時有過熱過 不知道這樣有沒有影響？

這樣的話是有可能 PIC 損壞了，因為 PICStart Plus 不像 ICD 會顯示實際燒錄錯誤的訊息，建議換一顆看看。

印象中之前燒錄時都沒有特別這樣設定 設定code protected應新是從configure bit那設定吧？@@" 我的設定如下 __CONFIG _CP_OFF & _WDT_OFF & _BODEN_OFF & _PWRTE_OFF & _HS_OSC & _LVP_OFF & _CPD_OFF 以前測試到現在都沒更改過，但之前燒錄程式就好好的，不知道為啥 請問有可能是ic壞掉嗎？

是不是你的母片已經燒成 Code Protected 了，所以你讀到的東西都是 0 。還有你是用哪一顆 PIC ?

我最近使用PIC Start Plus燒錄
可是執行燒錄後出現 Program Memory Errors Address Good Bad 0001: 2802 0000 0002: 1683 0000 (...節省篇幅，中間略) 0016: 3FFF 0000 0017: 3FFF 0000 Configuration Memory Errors Field : Oscillator Expected: HS Received: LP Field : Power Up Timer Expected: Off Received: On Field : Code Protect Expected: Off Received: On Field : Data EE Read Protect Expected: Off Received: On Field : Flash Program Write Expected: Write Protection Off Received: 0h to FFFh write Protected 請問這是什麼原因呢？ 我有三顆ic測試都是這樣的狀況
