是的，所有的 PIC18FxxJ60 的 RAM 都是設計成同一容量的 3808 Bytes.

小弟想选择适当的芯片型号，现在用pic18f97j60，因为不需那么多i/0，可以选18f66j60吗，现在的内容不多data
memory 1600 data sheet 中RAM=3808 是表示data memory 可以达到3808吗
