筆電連網後更新完firmware就正常了

各位前輩:
想要詢問目前遇到的問題 pickit4 在win7 家用進階版 64bit作業環境 在MPLAB IPE V6.0 連接錯誤,在下載韌體時超時,筆電是沒有接網路的 但在Microchip studio 7.0 中連接時卻要我更新firmware從on tool:1.0d>>on disk:1.0e 更新完卻不能找到pickit4了,我就拿到win10的IPE連接重新下載韌體。 想請問如何在WIN7系統解決這個問題，感謝
